All condos if available will be $129 per night plus 12.5% taxes and townhomes will be $169 per night plus 12.5% taxes.
Holidays and special convention events are excluded.
For any stays of 6 nights or less, please add $75 cleaning fee for condo and $85 for the townhomes. Please add 12.5% Florida taxes to above prices.
